Enlarge Association in government

The past couple of years have shown increased evidence of an association between government and external partners. A more smooth process had adopted by the government by adopting the process of Lateral Entry.

At the lower level, several government ministries and entities recruited the private individuals as a consultant. The role of this group is to provide help and support to the existing bureaucracy when the need arises. This group is very helpful as the civil servants are already overburdened and under-resourced.

Lake of capacity is also a main concern in suboptimal policy decisions and implementation. If the capacity within the government is lacking, then the government should enhance their domain knowledge and resources of private individuals.
